CherstyMabiala

Senior Vice President

Chersty Mabiala was appointed Vice-President in 2022 and Director of Large Corporate Clients in the CF BANQUE Plc worldwide network. Since 2020, she has been Special Advisor to the Chairman and CEO of the CFBANQUE Plc group in commercial strategy. She held various positions in the commercial departments of large groups. CHERSTY MABIALA graduated with a Master's degree in marketing from the London business school.

JeanChristian

Vice President

Jean Christian has been appointed Vice-President CF BANQUE Plc in charge of investments since May 2021. He was previously Deputy Director of Société Générale Private Banking and Director of Société Générale Private Banking France. Jean Christian joined BNP in 2009 as an economist. He then held the position of Head of Private Banking in Hong Kong, then Managing Director of BNP Asset Management Asia. He returned to private banking in 2014 as regional manager for Asia in charge of development and in 2019 took over management of BNP Paribas Banque Privée in Italy. He joins CF BANQUE Plc in 2021 where he will be appointed Vice-President in charge of Investments. Jean Christian is a graduate of the Bordeaux Institute of Political Studies, holds a DEA in Private International Law, a DEA in Political Sociology and a Doctorate in International Finance (University of Paris Dauphine).

EmilioSandros

Vice-President Global Banking and Advisory

Emilio Sandros is appointed Vice-President Global Banking and Advisory in 2020 CF BANQUE Plc. Since 2015, he has been Deputy Head of Financing Activities (Global Finance) and Head of Financing Activities at UBS UK. EMILIO SANDROS was Head of Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking in 2018 as Director of the Structured Finance department in Spain. He held several positions there before joining London in June 2020. First as Deputy Head of Syndication then, from 2010, as Global Head of Syndication. Before joining the Group, EMILIO spent 3 years at Nomura in Madrid where he was Director, in charge of the Iberian zone, then in London as Director of the Corporate Finance Group. He also held various positions within the investment bank of Banco Urquijo. EMILIO SANDROS graduated in economics from CUNEF in Madrid and holds an MBA from IESE in Madrid.

Vice President of Risk Management

Jacqueline Guillaume is Group Chief Economist and Director of Economic and Sector Studies Since September 1, 2020, Jacqueline Guillaume has held the position of Vice-President in charge of risk CF BANQUE Plc. She also leads a team of more than 30 economists and sector analysts as Director of Economic and Sector Studies for the Risk Department. Jacqueline Guillaume joined the CF BANQUE Plc group in February 2020, and is a member of the Group's Management Committee. With over 10 years of experience in the financial sector. Jacqueline Guillaume holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Copenhagen.

Vice President of compliance and internal control

James Smith began his career in the financial management activities of the Cetelem group. He then joined Banque Indosuez in 2016 in market activities where he held various positions of responsibility in Paris and Tokyo. He joined the CF BANQUE Plc group in January 2019 in the Financial Department as Deputy and then Director of Group Balance Sheet Management. Since September 1, 2021, he has been appointed Vice-President in charge of Compliance and internal control of the Group. JAMES SMITH holds an MBA from American University and a Masters in Private Law from London University.

Vice President of Treasury and Budget

George Olivier joined the financing and investment bank of CF BANQUE in 2019. He held various management positions in the IT profession and project management in the main places in Africa, the UNITED KINGDOM and mainly in Asia. Between 2007 and 2011, he served as Chief Information Officer for the Asia Pacific region of SG CIB in Hong Kong. He joined SG Global Solution Center in Bangalore in May 2011 as Chief Delivery Officer and in January 2012 assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer of this entity. He took up the position of Director of Transformation, Processes and Information Systems (RESG/TPS) on July 1, 2015. George Olivier graduated from Paris IX Dauphine University where he obtained a Master's degree in Mathematics and information systems. information.

Vice-President of the Investment Banking Department

Cloe Mavre is Vice-President in charge of the Investment Banking Department. Cloé MAVRE has 13 years of experience in the financial services sector. She began her career at Crédit Lyonnais as a financial engineer on equity derivatives products. In 2013 she joined AXA where she held several management positions for 5 years, including 3 years in Asia (Japan, China, Hong Kong, South-East Asia and India). In July 2019, she became Director of the AXA Group's property and casualty insurance activities, and a member of the Group's Management Committee. At the end of 2019, she decided to leave AXA to help startups specializing in data and innovation. In June 2021, she joined the CF BANQUE Plc Group as Vice-President in charge of investment banking activities. Cloé MAVRE is a graduate of École Polytechnique, ENSAE and the Institute of Actuaries.Vice President in charge of compliance and internal control

JEAN YVES ODONG was appointed Managing Director of CF BANQUE Plc in June 2021.
He was Deputy Managing Director of International Finance and Investment Plc since May 2018 and previously Head of Large Corporate Clients of the same company and before that Director of Vista Banque Risk, where he had spent his entire career holding several positions at headquarters and in the network, notably as Head of the Corporate Department, Managing Director of Retail Banking. JEAN YVES ODONG is a graduate of HEC Paris, Yaoundé II SOA University

Wafik William was appointed cheif inforamtion officer in July 2024. He holds many certificates

He worked in many grand organization like Alcatel Italia, Red Sea Pipes. He was resposible for preparing the applications that manage mostly of organization activities. He recently works on developing CF Banque website and CRM application.
